KNOW WHAT MUSCLES YOU ARE HITTING
The Muscle Targeting Indicator allows users to get the most out of their workouts. The illustration will indicate the specific muscles being activated during any workout. No more guessing is required as this feature will allow the user to specifically target their Glutes, Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Calves or Tibialis Anterior simply by changing the incline. Not only can you choose which muscles you would like to focus on during your workout, you will also be able to visually see the targeted area.
BODY FAT INDICATOR
The built in BDF or Body Fat Indicator will allow users to more accurately monitor their progress and performance. Measuring body fat is very important because it gives you a better picture of what the changes that are taking place in your body really mean. When you step on a scale it doesn’t tell the whole story because you don’t know where the difference in your weight came from. Also, you may have lost inches and your clothes fit better but when you step on the scale, your weight has stayed the same. Your body fat % is what matters most when it comes to knowing if you are losing fat and not just weight.
Large 22” X 63” Orthopedic Running Belt
This unique feature provides the user with not only a larger running space than most treadmills, but an orthopedic belt as well to ensure comfort. The user can run freely without feeling restricted as the larger belt will allow for more movement. In addition, the orthopedic belt means the user does not have to worry about the stress that running can cause to the joints because the thicker belt will be softer on the knees and provide the utmost comfort while working out.
HAND GRIP MONITORS & QUICK KEYS
The built in monitors are used to monitor not only your pulse, but your Body Fat percentage as well. These tools allow users to get more accurate results from their workouts so they have a better understanding of their routine and body.
The Quick Keys built on the handles allow users to add variety to their workout without having to move forward or closer to the monitor. Incline levers are on the left handle and speed variance on the right. This means the users concentration and flow of their workout is not interrupted by them having to approach the monitor in order to select different options. The quick keys are easy, practical and simple to use.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our Manufacturing & Shipping team for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days.
The freight carrier will make attempts to contact you by your phone number on your order to schedule delivery. Please double check the phone number current. If they cannot reach you, or cannot arrange delivery, the item will have to be shipped back to us. If this happens, you may lose any shipping fees you paid for the item when the item is refunded.
Delivery is scheduled beforehand and usually takes place MONDAY-FRIDAY during business hours. You must be present for delivery and a signature is required. If you schedule an appointment then are not present without contacting the carrier, the carrier may charge a redelivery fee.
If you wish to change the delivery address after the order has shipped, you must contact us directly as soon as possible. Some changes may be not possible. If you wish to change the address after the item is already in your area, the carrier may charge a fee.
It is your responsibility to INSPECT the merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure. If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process.

No, we only deliver to the United States.

If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.
How long will my order take to deliver?

Will I have to pay any customs fees?
We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However, we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers' responsibility to pay the balance.

What are my delivery options?
Standard shipping is from $100~$200 depending on the weight of the product, except during Free Shipping seasons.
How secure is your site?
We process payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.
Can I amend my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out usually within 1 working day, so cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.

How do I track my parcel?

When will I receive my parcel?
Once your order is trackable, it will take between 5 to 10 business days to be delivered. Depending on different region's custom restrictions, this may take longer. This rarely happens in the United States.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Absolutely. We offer a 365 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.
What if I received a faulty item?
If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website.
Returns & Refunds
Free cancellation is available for orders which haven't been shipped.
Our return policy lasts 365 days. If 365 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for our 365 day return policy, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Opened items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned products under our 30 day return policy must be in like new condition and sent back with their original packaging, and have all of the parts and components that they came with.
In all return instances, Buyer pays return shipping. If not like new in original packaging, a restocking fee (0-20%) will be applied based on condition.

Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds, if agreed upon, will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).
However, it is up to the customer to REFUSE ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT shipments. If customer accepts damaged freight, a product claim may not be possible.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected, and determined to be in the agreed upon condition, the refund will be issued to your original payment method minus return shipping cost (if applicable).
If you're receiving a refund as compensation for damage or price match, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
